We want you to love your ARGENT One. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item in most cases.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider — processing times vary. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help.
