Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery estimates start from the day your order ships, not the day it's placed. During busy periods (holidays, sales) delivery can take slightly longer.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking number doesn't show updates within 5 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll investigate.
Customs & import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll correct it. We can't redirect packages once they've shipped.
Lost packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbours and your local carrier first. If it's genuinely lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
